Gabrielle Mirabile (also known as Zingara) is a 22-year-old music producer from Maryland. Ever since she was little, she has been connected to the spirit world. Dealing with the loss of a loved one has always been different with her because she has still been able to communicate with them. Whether she asks for a specific sign and sees it, or has a visitation dream, her loved ones continue to find ways to show her they are still here. She strives to connect her music with spirituality and teaches her audience about the constant presence of spirit around us.
In this episode we talk about producing music, connecting her music with spirituality, making the music video called ‘The 12th Density’, her connection with spirit, Ram Dass, and grief dreams of her grandmother, grandfather, and best friend.

Barron Steffen is a longtime student on the spiritual path of Siddha Yoga, a big band crooner, and a widower. He has been a big wave surfer, a 1980s Italian pop singer, and an award-winning elementary school teacher. Steffen has now fully transitioned from the elementary school classroom to his company, The Yoga of Mindset, where he teaches children and adults how to use their thoughts so they're not used by them. Barron recently published the book The Final Gift of the Beloved: Her Disappearance-13 Days

Chelsea Rushton holds a BFA in Creative Writing and an MFA in Visual Art. Her art practice integrates somatics, ritual, and spirituality to explore how creative process can document and facilitate personal and collective growth and evolution. She works as a Technical Writer in the Department of Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley. Her parents both died suddenly, within eight months of each other, in 2018, when they were 69 and 71.
In this episode we talk with Chelsea about her passion for creative writing and visual art, the death of both her parents, the challenges of grieving multiple losses, her art series called The Other Side, and grief dreams of her parents.

Dr. Sherry Cormier is a licensed psychologist and a professor emerita in the Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Counseling Psychology at West Virginia University. She is a certified bereavement trauma specialist, the author of two textbooks, and the producer of over 100 training videos for Cengage Learning. Her new book, Sweet Sorrow: Finding Enduring Wholeness After Loss and Grief was written by her in the decade following the loss of her husband, father, mother, dog, and only sibling.

Sandra Roman is a Mother of 5 children, 1 of which is now an angel in heaven. Sandra has recently started a blog page called “Good Grief Relief” after losing her son Matthew, in 2016. In her blog she is offering support to other bereaved parents on their grief journey with child loss. She is currently working on her first book that details the tragic story of the loss of her son, Matthew and the renewed hope that she has discovered on her journey. Sandra has been involved in multiple women’s ministries in both USA and Mexico. Additionally, she is a member of International Cruise Victims, Inc. (a non-profit) in hopes of being a strong voice for awareness and lobbying congress for change.
In this episode we talk about the death of her son, rebuilding her faith, grief dreams about her son from her child and friend, her own grief dreams, and the international cruise victims organization.

Jeannette Thompson works as a spiritual grief counselor and a workshop facilitator. Her life forcefully changed direction after the death of her son. During the next few years her search for answers turned into furthering her education. She trained as a Grief Counsellor at Mohawk College, and trained as a volunteer Crisis worker for the Sexual Assault Centre and the Distress Centre.
